Bjo has offered to lead our walk on Saturday June 26 at 9:15, Lyons Park across from Blessed Sacrament Church. Please bring water and poles if you have them! If not Bjo has a few extras. Give me a shout out as to how many would like to do this! Also Mark your calendars for Thursday, the *the 8th of July for a zoom call, which Rhoda will get us the link and I will send out!

Due to the coronavirus situation and the vulnerability of our members the March support group has been canceled. Wash your hands with soup and water!

Venue is at the Rimrock Room in West Hills Village. 255 Texas St, Rapid City SD at 1 pm. on September 14, 2019. We usually meet for about one hour.
Josh from Anytime Fitness will speak. He helps with Rock Steady Boxing and will update us on this activity. He will answer any questions you may have.

We are getting ready for our fall and winter programming season. If you have some ideas or resources we would love to hear from you. August 13 a group is going g to meet at Mary Mastels house to work on developing the schedule of activities. If you would like to attend we would love to have you. Time for this planning meeting is 10:30.
